Noreen Duggan 

Noreen is chairperson of RPI Steering Committee and brings over a decade of experience in Restorative Practices, alongside a career spanning teaching, school leadership, community work, and mentoring.
As the founding principal of Scoil na Naomh Uilig in Newbridge, she introduced Restorative Practices in 2017 and embedded them within the school’s ethos, policies, and culture.
She continues to support the development of Restorative Practices through her work as an Oide Associate, CDI trainer and Quality Specialist and board member of a local primary school.
In her role with Restorative Practices Ireland, she supports practitioners and contributes to the continued development of restorative practices across the island of Ireland.
