Restorative Practices Ireland (RPI) promotes and supports the use of restorative approaches across Ireland.
Under section 6 of the Acts, a person has a right to have his/her personal data corrected, if inaccurate, or erased, if there is not a legitimate reason for the retention of this data. There is no fee for this. Restorative Practices Ireland (RPI) shall comply within 40 calendar days of the receipt of such a request.
Restorative Practices Ireland (RPI) takes its security responsibilities seriously in relation to the retention of data through the RPI website and endeavours to take all necessary physical and technical measures to ensure that information collected is secure. RPI will regularly review these measures. RPI will routinely review all data supplied to RPI through the website to ensure that all information stored is necessary. If you have any queries regarding the collection of information by RPI you can submit them in writing to info@restorativepracticesireland.ie.
