Restorative Practice has been gaining in popularity in education circles for over 25 years now, and is now well established in the Irish landscape. There are many courses that offer an overview of the skills and philosophy but rarely do they give participants the opportunity to fully explore these new skills, and in the safe context of a practice partner who is also on the same path. Weekly emails help focus the learners with relevant suggested resources and this, combined with a weekly call with your practice partner, means you learn just enough at any one time. At the end of this course you will have an awareness of the benefits a restorative approach can bring to your classroom and your life, as well as proficiency in the skills needed to foster good relationships and respond to conflict when it arises
