Restorative Practices: Train the Trainer Course Overview

This advanced level of Restorative Practices, Training of Trainers course will equip participants with the skills and materials necessary to deliver training in the use of RP to their chosen target groups. Participants will learn how to train others in implementing RP within individuals, organisations, and communities. Additionally, participants will acquire the expertise to instil Restorative Practices in various settings.

Entry Requirements

To participate in this course, individuals must:

• Have completed CDI’s training in Restorative Practices, such as “Getting Started with RP,”  “RP Facilitation Skills,”  or the “Restorative Practices Skills Summer Course.
• Possess experience using restorative practices in their personal and professional lives.
• Have organised to deliver RP training to a chosen target group within four months of completing the initial five days of training, during which they will be observed and supported by a CDI RP Quality Specialist.
