Restorative Connections Conference Report Now Available

The report of the all-Ireland Conference held in Dundalk on the 25th & 26th of May 2016, which was jointly hosted by RPI and the Restorative Justice Forum (NI), has been published by CDI.

This is our third “Restorative Connections” Conference, and as the report notes “There is no doubt that the conference was effective in offering a welcoming, open space for dialogue, sharing and learning, and meeting others committed to restorative approaches.  This is evidenced in the evaluation feedback and by the number of participants suggesting similar events in the future.”  The report concludes by reaffirming our commitment to working together to promote restorative practices by stating that “RPI and RJFNI are hugely encouraged by the levels of engagement, the breadth of participation and the energy regarding the integration of restorative approaches. We are committed to continuing to work collaboratively, support developments and drive awareness and utilisation of this effective way of working.”

The report is available for download from our Publications Page.
